Cancellation Policy

LACQUER is an appointment based salon & your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and held with your encrypted credit card information in our booking platform. When cancelling or rescheduling without enough notice, LACQUER loses the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services. For the benefit and respect of all clients and nail professionals, please note our cancellation policies:

Individual Appointments

Cancellations and reschedules must be made more than four hours before the appointment time to avoid a cancellation or reschedule fee for individual appointments.

  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 4 hours of your appointment time will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked.
  • If your appointment is scheduled between 9am-12noon, you must cancel yourself online within the 4 hour window to avoid a cancellation fee since our front desk is not available before opening hours. Appointment booking and rescheduling is easy online and we encourage all clients to book and manage their appointments online.

No-Shows and Late Arrivals

  • If you are a no-show for an appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service booked (appointments are considered a no show if you are 10 or more minutes late to your appointment and have not contacted us)
  • You may have someone else take your appointment for you to avoid the cancellation fee (same appointment time and service).
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late to your service, your appointment may be cancelled (and late cancellation fee applied) if we are unable to accommodate you, or services may need to be changed & shortened to fit within the allotted time available.

Group Appointments

Group cancellations must be made within the terms of your group booking agreement and may be subject to a non-refundable booking fee in addition to any late cancellation fees.

All services performed and cancellation/reschedule fees are final sale and non-refundable. 

Service Satisfaction 

We want all of our guests to leave feeling they received a quality service. Any guest who feels the LACQUER staff has not met their expectations are encouraged to notify our team before leaving the salon. If you do not inform us before leaving the salon, you must contact or return to the same LACQUER location within 24 hours for an accurate evaluation by management of the problem. If the service did not meet LACQUER's standards, a complimentary redo will be offered.

No-Chip Guarantee

We offer a 7 day no-chip guarantee on all gel and ultra polish finishes, GelX and PlexiGel extensions, and a 3 day guarantee for regular polish. Call (512) 476-1211 and connect with your original service location, within the guarantee timeframe, to schedule a complimentary redo.

Gift Cards

All gift cards sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted for gift card purchases.

Retail

Unopened/unused retail products may be returned within 10 days of purchase (or receipt of product if purchased online). Online store returns should be mailed to:
