Cancellation Policy
Individual Appointments
Cancellations must be made within four hours of the appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee for individual appointments.
- Appointments cancelled within 4 hours of your appointment time will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked.
- If you are a no-show for an appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service booked (appointments are considered a no show if you are 10 or more minutes late to your appointment and have not contacted us)
- You may have someone else take your appointment for you to avoid the cancellation fee (same appointment time and service).
- If you are more than 10 minutes late to your service, your appointment may be cancelled (and late cancellation fee applied) if we are unable to accommodate you, or services may need to be changed to fit within the allotted time available.
Group Appointments
Cancellations must be made within the terms of your group booking agreement and may be subject to a non-refundable booking fee in addition to any late cancellation fees.

Gift card purchases and services performed are non-refundable.

Service Satisfaction
We want all of our guests to leave feeling they received a quality service. Any guest who feels the LACQUER staff has not met their expectations must return to the same LACQUER salon within 24 hours for an accurate evaluation by management of the problem. If the service did not meet LACQUER's standards, a complimentary redo will be offered.
We offer a 7 day no-chip guarantee on all gel and ultra polish finishes, and a 3 day guarantee for regular polish. Call (512) 476-1211 and connect with your original service location, within the guarantee timeframe, to schedule a complimentary redo.
