**COVID-19 modified cancellation policy: late cancellations will be charged and a credit will be offered for your next, rescheduled appointment as a one-time courtesy. We have a very generous four hour cancellation window, so you should have plenty of time to cancel if you are not feeling well. Please do not come in if you are feeling ill, have a fever or a cough, or are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 as outlined by the CDC. No show fees still apply, and will not be offered as a credit. You must contact us to cancel your appointment, or cancel yourself using our online booking platform.**
Cancellations must be made within four hours of the appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Appointments cancelled within 4 hours of your appointment time will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked.
- If you are a no-show for an appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service booked (appointments are considered a no show if you are 10 or more minutes late to your appointment and have not contacted us)
- You may have someone else take your appointment for you to avoid the cancellation fee (same appointment time and service).
- If you are more than 10 minutes late to your service, your appointment may be cancelled (and late cancellation fee applied) if we are unable to accommodate you, or services may need to be changed to fit within the allotted time available.
