Our Guarantee
We want all of our guests to leave feeling they received a quality service. Any guest who feels the LACQUER staff has not met their expectations are encouraged to notify our team before leaving the salon.If you do not inform us before leaving the salon, you must contact or return to the same LACQUER location within 24 hours for an accurate evaluation by management of the problem. If the service did not meet LACQUER's standards, a complimentary redo will be offered.
All services are final sale and non-refundable.
