The receptionist at LACQUER is responsible for greeting all customers, answering phone calls, and managing the appointment schedule.
Other responsibilities include assisting guests with questions regarding salon services and products, assisting with salon upkeep, and communicating with the nail tech staff. The receptionist is the face & voice of the salon and serves as brand ambassador representing the LACQUER brand ensuring every customer has a great experience.
Part-time 20-30 hours weekly, weekends and evenings required. Experience with appointment scheduling and/or spa booking software a plus.
